Ines Heydasch is a long standing partner of our Hamburg office. In addition to her lawyer activities she is member of the supervisory board of an insurance joint-stock company.
Her main areas are labor and employment law and the law of commercial agency. She represents and counsels predominantly national and international companies, directors, board-members and medical superindentants at the full range of labor and employment law and in the area of the commercial agency law. Besides her consultancy work another important area is her in-court representation including litigation in the jurisdiction of labor and civil courts.
Ines Heydasch is a member of the Employment Practice Group of Buse Heberer Fromm. Besides her lawyer activities she is serving as consultant on honorary basis for the project of a free legal aid office of the St. Pauli Church Hamburg.
She regularly lectures in labor and employment law issues and trains personal managers and heads of personal departments in various fields of labor and employment law.
