Dr. Jürgen Miegel was born in Tuttlingen on 14.04.1959. He is a partner in the law firm Buse Heberer Fromm and a member of the real estate and construction law practice group.
Dr. Jürgen Miegel specialises in fees law for architects and engineers as well as matters of copyright law in connection with architectural and engineering work. His work extends to the provision of legal advice during construction as well as legal project management for complex major projects.
He is a constant contributor to the periodical Zeitschrift für Immobilien und Baurecht (IBR), co-author of the Beck commentary on the German Contracting Rules for Awards of Public Works Contracts (VOB/C), currently in its second edition, as well as chairman of the honorary committee of the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Architects and Engineers.
